FAULT-TOLERANT ROUTING IN IRREGUIAR MINs
Jyotsna Sengupta · 1998
Emdent and stmple routing algorithms have been developed lor two Irregular MINs- namely, MFDOT and QT. Static routlng provides lultaccess for MFDOT whereas mlnlmal niultlple paths to reach the destination are provided through dynamic rouUng In QT networks. MultIpIe paths of vaiylng lengths are available to route the data to the destirrauon in irregular MINs. The path length Is Just 2 for a favourite memory module, as opposed to the ldentlcal path lengths used lor regular MINs. Ttlls makes a marked dt?fereiice In latency, throughput and cost of the network
