Basic TEQC Instructions for OPUS Users

Richard H. Foote · American Society of Civil Engineers eBooks · 2011

Users of NGS' software On-line Positioning Users Service (OPUS) may need to do a series of formatting changes, change observation intervals, etc. to ensure that OPUS generates a useful solution that is properly understood. This article outlines the different steps required to properly use the utility TEQC (Translate, Edit, and Quality Control) in order to investigate possible input errors when submitting the raw GPS or RINEX (Receiver Independent Exchange Format) data to OPUS. Important TEQC commands are described to facilitate the understanding of the types of input errors that OPUS users may encounter when submitting the GPS data through the Web page.
