EVALUATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMOTIONAL CONCEPTS AND EMOTIONAL PARAMETERS ON SPEECH

In this paper, we propose the linear model of the relationbliip between the physical changes in speech and perceived (.motional concepts. We make use of orthogonal bases in +lite of emotional words and physical parameters thems(d\~s in order to avoid dependence on the method of seIcrtiiig words and parameters. Furthermore we regard the r,riiotions that listeners perceive from speech as the standard or c.motional concepts because the emotions that speakers iiitrritcd rely 011 personality and temporary psychological sI rites [I]. Evaluation for relative information indicates that t lie proposed linear model is representable for the relationblii p between physical quantities and psychological quantiticb iri speech.
