With the pervasion of social media, trust, as the basis of human interactions, has been playing an important role in addressing information sharing, experience communication, and public opinions. However, trust is a complex and abstract concept influenced by many factors, and it is difficult to identify the inducing factors and analyze the formation mechanism.
