This document describes how the NoAH architecture can be extended and adapted in order to be suitable for large-scale deployment. So far, in previous deliverables, we have described the individual components of the NoAH architecture as well as the interfaces between them. In this deliverable we will focus on issues that are important for a large-scale deployment of NoAH but were not addressed by the pilot infrastructure architecture design. Such issues include the scalability and manageability of the architecture as well as the automation of common tasks such as the setup of new nodes and the updating of existing ones. Furthermore, we discuss privacy and policy issues that will arise with the expansion of NoAH beyond the members of the NoAH consortium.
