Centralised Service on Management of Common Network Resources (CNR) - Concept of Operations (CONOPS)

Jacky Pouzet · 2013

CNR (CS6) is a centralised service for the Management of the Common Network Resources. CS6 is composed of 7 services, 5 being already in operation for the Transponder Codes, the Radar Mode-S codes, the Radio Frequencies, the ATM messaging system and the Network Addresses. The last two remaining services are new services dedicated to the security of the network. CNR is providing a unique database that is containing all the common Network resources that need to be shared between all stakeholders to operate the network.
