A novel approach forcontrolling theadsorption -desorption processes onthesurface oforganic molecular crystals assensitive layers forcross-selective sensor array areinvestigated. Theapproach demonstrated forQCM sensors covered bythin films ofvarious phthalocyanines (CuPc, PbPcandH2Pc) illuminated inthevisible andinfrared region. Thepossible waysofutilizing oftheproposed approach forthe analysis ofmulticomponent chemical mixtures arediscussed.
