research paper is based on Requirement Analysis Management practices. Most of systems fail just because of wrong elicitation practice which result in ambiguous and incomplete requirements . Without the requirement analysis techniques it is impossible to find out requirements and the needs of the developing system. This paper highlights how the gap between customer requirements specification and system requirement specification is reduced and how requirements are refined and optimized. It provides base to carry out correct design and implementation practices. Moreover all the companies focus to work within budget so it is very important to follow modern techniques and tools for requirement analysis practices so that project manager can achieve the set goals on time.
