Thepaperdeals withimprovements ofacurrent operational amplifier (COA). TheCOA canbetaken asacounterpart forthevoltage operational amplifier. TheCOAissupposed tosimplify current processing circuits andtomakethemmoreaccurate. Theproblem isthat designers ofanalog circuits arenotinvolved incurrent-mode circuitry design aswidely asinvoltage-mode circuitry. Itis believed, that theCOAshould beabletohelpimprove thedesign ofelectronics devices, butithasto meetseveral standards first.
