Theenterprise customers, especially small tomid size enterprises, normally don't haveenough resources tomonitor andanalyze their network status, sohave noknowledge oftheir network status. Theknowledge ofthecompany network traffic status isessential for thestable internet connection aswell asthecompany's secure networks. Especially, thenetwork security is thekeyissue fortheinternet world. Thecompanies havetoinstall thehardware appliances suchastraffic management system, IDS/IPS, andQoSequipment for this purpose. Whenitcomestothenetwork security, theoperator's extensive knowledge isalso important. But,itmight bebigburden tothesmall andmedium size enterprises. Inthis paper, weintroduce theManaged IPService fortheenterprise customers. Theydon't needto purchase any hardwareappliances or hire administrator who hasadvanced knowledge of network andsecurity.
