One of the main objectives at the Universidad Tecnica Del Norte is to have excellent professionals. To support this, there is a program to improve the quality of education. The Direction of Technological Development and Computer of UTN has tried to optimize the academic processes making them more efficient. To help achieve this, the informatics system has been working on a system to allow virtual learning.
