The PALMYRE platform is a federative project withtheaimofcoordinating anddeveloping research activities andapplication programs inthefields ofradio communications andlITMOsystems within public andprivate laboratories inBrittany, France. Thisproject involves thedesign andimplementation ofa platform forradiosystemdevelopment andevaluation. This platform allowvs amodular desigzn ofsystems withreconfigurable, interchangeable andreprogrammable software andhardware components. Theobjectiv e istodevelop andtotestradio communication techniques andelectronic systems inrealistic conditions. A robust serial transmission system, involving digital and radiofrequency parts, hasbeendeveloped tobeusedasatest reference fortheplatform. Inthispaper, theNIIMO4X4 compliant radiofrequency circuit anditsimplementation are described. Lastly,simulation results and validation measurements arepresented.
