Wireless mesh network is emerged as a response to t he growing demand for high throughput multimedia applications over wireless mesh networks. The core technology invo lves a network of wireless routers forwarding each other's packet in a multi hop fashion. Mesh ne tworks promises fast, easy and economical network operation, and this is the main reason for opting mesh network as a means for internet connectivity for a wid As a result the gateway nodes will become congested due to high traffic load towards the outside netwo rks. Therefore a routing scheme is essential for the glo bal load balancing across the network while ensurin g high paper introduces a routing scheme which balances th e load in the network and provides high -LB metric augmented with load factor for optimal pa th selection.
