To Scrum or not to Scrum

This rapport will describe our attempt at merging the agile methods Scrum and eXtreme Programming. Both methods got many viable tactics on how to tackle day to day problems regarding software development in teams. We focused primarily on the Scrum Master role to improve the team. We appointed ourselves as Scrum Masters and had a little more say in the decisions of the team.
