In its second year the workshop attracted 32 submissions from 16 different countries. Each paper went through a rigorous peer review process, with each submission receiving at least 3 reviews from members of the Technical Program Committee as well as additional reviewers. Based on the referee reports, we have accepted 11 regular papers and 1 short paper for presentation at the workshop. We believe that the accepted papers provide interesting results and insights on the use of wireless sensor networks in practical applications and are looking forward to hear the experiences of the authors in deploying such systems. In addition to the technical papers, the workshop program includes an interesting keynote address.
