An Ameliorated Approach towards Automating the Relational Database Normalization Process

In the field of database systems in general and relational systems in particular, database design problem is of utmost importance as it helps to decide on a suitable logical structure for a given data to be represented in a database and concentrates on the fact that which relations are needed and what their attributes should be. Designing a database is a complex task and the normalization theory is a useful aid in the design process. In this paper, a tool is presented which aims to handle the normalization process up to third normal form(3NF) and even imparts the normalized relations to its users in different formats. The objective of the system is to provide an effective and efficient e-Learning system to individuals to learn normalization in an easy and quick manner and an impeccable solution for organizations dealing with excessive data.
