Since twenty years, the searchers in the Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI)'s domains attempt to analyze and to study the cooperation between agents. However, these studies are often implemented ad hoc. We propose a formal theory in order to represent the collective behavior. In fact, the collective behavior may allow the agents to solve eventual conflicts between intentional agents.
