The IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) offers two trav- el grant programs: the Outstanding Student-Paper Travel Grant Program and the Conference Travel Grant Program for Researchers from Developing Countries. Each offers a limited number of travel grants to either assist IEEE Student or higher- grade Members in presenting papers at IEEE CIS sponsored con- ferences. In order to receive a grant, the applicant must: • Be a member of the IEEE and the IEEE Computational Intelli- gence Society prior to submitting travel grant application. • Be the author or co-author of an accepted paper in the conference.
