In this paper, we are developing a Linux kernel module which adds autonomic capabilities inside the operating system. Autonomic Computation is the concept in which we make computer system self-managing .In this paper, we are developing three use cases, continuous file system compliance, dynamic disk cleanup and Accidental removal protection for file systems .They important benefit of this approach, we can detect the error instantly and fix these issues transparently without involving application being aware of their occurrence. These capabilities are not present in external agent architectures like Puppet, Chef or CFEngine.
