Topological Optimization for a Controlled Dirichlet Problem in a Polygonal Domain

We consider a problem of control of a distributed system in a polygonal domain and prove that its singular coefficient is expressible solely by means of its data. We subsequently study a numerical aspect of this problem using the topological optimization method. The paper provides for a representation of the topological gradient of the Dirichlet problem in this polygonal domain.
