Business process isthefoundation andlinkage ofthewholesupply chaintransformation lifecycle. Inthispaper, we introduce an effort inIBM ChinaResearch LabnamedOn-demandSupply Chain Analytics Resource(OSCAR),which provides comprehensive methodology andtoolsupport forsupply chain transformation froma process-centric point ofview.Thetool provides anend-to-end support forsupply chain transformation, whichincludes business process modeling, business process diagnosis, strategic andtactical decision making, etc. Ithasbeen successfully applied inseveral supplychaintransformation projects forvalidation andhardening.
