We guarantee global asymptotic stability ofthesynchronization manifold by designing a nonlinear observer insucha way thatthe resulting errorsystemislinear andtimeinvariant. This linear errorsystemisevaluated anda statefeedback is designed toaccomplish full state synchronization. Analytical aswellasnumerical simulation results arepresented.
