On Weight Enumerators of i-spotty-byte Codes

i-spotty-byte error control codes introduced by the author (2) are a natural generalization of spotty-byte codes (4) and -codes (1). In this paper, we introduce various types of weight enumerators of i-spotty-byte codes viz. exact weight enumerator, complete weight enumerator, i-byte weight enumerator and i-spotty-byte weight enumerator. We obtain the MacWilliams duality relation for the exact and the complete weight enumerators of an i-spotty-byte error control code.
