Inthis paper, wepresent theperformance evaluation ofhighspeedy datatransmission onHFC (Hybrid FiberCoax)network. Theproposed performance modeling methods simultaneously evaluate bothhigh speedy datatransmission systemandDOCSIS2.0 system. Theevaluation conducts FTP file service basedonTCP/IPprotocol fordigital broadcasting system. Theresult displays thedownloaded file using WindowMediaPlayer. Fortheobjective evaluation, weusetheIXIAtraffic generator andanalyzer.
