Tracking user requirements and output development

Jon-Paul Mewes, Xavier Passera · 2006

The purpose of this paper is to describe how to link electronically and document each part of the study reporting process. This covers extracting title and footnotes from a requirement document, linking them with programs, checking the progress of the programs, documenting the quality control process, assigning the resource to work the study, and viewing the outputs through Excel. By having an electronically integrated system between requirements and programs, we 鈂re able to know the progress of the reporting effort and minimize the programming overhead. This information is particular valuable to managers to assign resources and distribute the workload.
