The paperdiscusses userattributes andtheir representation inuserprofiles foruser-adaptive systems. It introduces anapproach forrepresenting multiple attributes inthe userprofile, andatechnique thatcombines fuzzy programming andfuzzyrelation networks toprioritize theimpactofuser attributes/requirements inpersonalizing theapplication through generating appropriate adaptation actions. The paperalso presents a generic adaptation scenario usingtheproposed approach.
