In this paper we briefly describe spread spectrum s ystems, Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) and types of spread spectrum systems and their properti es. In this we study the generation of Spreading co des such as Non Orthog onal codes (Maximal lengths, Gold and Kasami sequences), Orthogonal codes (Walsh and Hadamard codes) and their functions in CDMA networks. The important properties of the sequences are examined. A uto and Cross Correlation properties of some codes are ment i MATLAB where it is seen that multiple access interference that is caused by the undesired users is dir ectly related with the cross-correlation properties of the codes of these users so, and their correlati important role in the detection.
