We obtain anecessary andsufficient condition for thesecurity ofmulti-source linear networkcodesbystudying thealgebraic structure ofsuchcodes. Thiscondition isuseful for analyzing thesecurity ofsuchlinear network codes, anditapplies incases whentherandomkeysdonotnecessarily haveuniform distributions. Thiscondition alsoshowsthatthesecurity ofa linear network codedoesnotdependonthesource distribution.
