Arrow famously shows that, under basic desiderata, the logical structure of social and individual choices may differ. They cannot simultaneously satisfy WARP. This paper shows simple aggregation rules such that, under Arrow’s desiderata, individual and social choice can simultaneously satisfyWeakWARP.
