I have described the importance to apply the RS and GIS in ecological environmental dynamic monitoring and management information system. My paper consists of four parts. In the first part, I emphasized that the ecological environmental dynamic monitoring and management information system is built up of several major systems including the satellite remote sensing dynamic monitoring system, the ground network dynamic monitoring system, the emergency response monitoring system, the ecological environmental basis and dynamic data bank, and the decision-making support and management information system. In the second part, the comprehensive serial mapping system on ecological environmental and remote sensing was addressed. In the third part, I described that the application and function of remote sensing technology in ecological environmental dynamic changes.
