Voice over Internet Protocol over Wireless (VoIPoW) networks is becoming the most popular system for mobile communication in the world. However, investigations into attacks on wireless VoIP networks are still in their infancy. Wireless devices are commonly use by delinquents, and it is therefore necessary for network investigators to understand which evidence can be o btained from the VoIP system. This survey paper dis cusses network security investigations in a wireless conve rged environment.
