OpenAPIsmakethedeveloper, whodoesnot havethespecific knowledge ofthenetwork, create aservice easier andfaster. However, thedeveloper still needssome knowledge ofeachAPIsandprogramming skill inorderto usethiskindofAPIs.Forthis, theSCE(Service Creation Environment) toolinwhichdevelopers caneasily useAPIs wasdeveloped. Through theSCE,manynumberofgeneral ITdevelopers cancreate services simply withtheminimum knowledge ofthenetwork andtheunderstanding aboutthe offered APIs. Inthis paper, wedescribe theimplementation stepsandtheverification oftheSCE library thatcan produce themashupservice composed bytheparlay X API, theweb2.0API,andtheutility API.
