An approximate analysis isperformed ofanoften studied modelofaninterleaved memory, multiprocessor system consisting ofM memorymodules andN processors. Aclosed-form solution isobtained andtheoneapproximation used isfound toresult innegligible error. This solution isabout anorder ofmagnitude more accurate thanthebest previous result.
