The occurrence and damage regulation of 43 diseases and pests of main grain and oil crops,and main reasons of different damage degrees in different years in Nanchong City were analyzed by consulting relative data from 1981 to 2008 and on-the-spot survey.The paper puts forward the relative measures to control these diseases and pests in the light of the occurrence and damage regulation of local main diseases and pests at the same time.
