A colorimetric method for the determination of iron and hemoglobin in the blood

Abstract A method for the quantitative colorimetric estimation of the iron, and from it the hemoglobin of the blood is described. It is essentially a modification of Wong's method, but is somewhat less tedious, and avoids some of the errors of Wong's method.
