COOPERATIVE STEREO-MOTION : MATCHING AND RECONSTRUCTION

In this paper, the authors examine stereo and motion cooperation in 3D scene structure recovery. The combine the easy correspondences in motion cue and accurate 3D reconstruction in stereo cue and propose a geometrical approach that recovers stereo correspondences from motion correspondences. With this method, long image sequences are not required and rich and reliable information can be derived.
