Implementation of row-level access control mechanisms, in ROLAP data warehouses, with the use of database yiews and a security table, requires a join operation between fact and security tables. The efficiency of this operation may be improved through the creation of additiona] index structures. The hereby-proposed set of MultiColumn indices allows to increase the performance of queries sent to a secured data warehouse.
