Overseeing the Campus Safety Program at the University of Phoenix's more than 90 campuses and learning centers makes for a challenging job. Lara Fox, an ethics and compliance program manager, provides training for the campus security authorities on each campus, manages the campus crime statistics for all the campuses, and maintains the university's campus safety policies.
