Mobile E-commerce will become the strategic significance of global trade and the effective way of information exchange as a trade of mobile internet. The openness of mobile networks and mobility of mobile terminal have brought many advantages to the development of mobile commerce and the promotion of work efficiency, but the safety of mobile commerce is still the bottleneck of application. For this reason, the DEMATEL method has been used to analyze the factors that influence the security of Mobile E-commerce in his paper, modeling Mobile E-commerce security evaluation index systems, with the using of MATLAB, calculating one factor to the impact of other factors as well as the impact of severe degree, which can get causes severe and the degree of centrality for each factor, and sort the many factors, ultimately determine the main factors that impact the security of Mobile E-commerce. This article can provide a reference for the relevant e-commerce enterprises and the relevant decision-making departments, which have important practical significance to guide the relevant departments to improve the safety of Mobile E-commerce and promote the development of Mobile E-commerces.
