Cascade Generalization with Classification and Model Trees

This paper proposes a cascade generalization technique, which combines the predictions of a classification tree and a model tree algorithm. We performed a comparison with other well known ensembles of decision trees, on standard benchmark datasets and the performance of the proposed technique was greater in most cases.
