APPLICATION ORIENTED MICROPROCESSOR TEST METHOD

We consider the problem of testing a dedicated microprocessor system; we propose a test program having t he following features : - high erformances : we propose a rapid test prodk,E-a%%ing hardware manipulations. So, we do not want to remove sane of the chips in order to first test the other devices. The system will be tested as a whole; - application oriented : we look for a test which ensures-ffie-afi iTi~~-to perform the specific application rather than t he integrity of the hardware parts of the system;
