Vertex results for H/sub ∞/ performance of weighted interval plants: beyond first order weighting functions

In this paper, we give a sufficient condition on weighting function W(s) such that for any interval plant P(s,q,r) the maximal H/sub /spl infin// norm of W(s)P(s,q,r) is achieved at one of the so-called weighted Kharitonov plants.
