Data extraction from associative matrix based on selective learning system

For the purpose of extracting the data effectively, it is necessary to construct a knowledge base system intelligently, making the data connect to each other by relationship. In this paper we propose the selective learning system which has selective perceptible ability and the mechanism for data extraction from their association.
