Stereoscopic recovery of egomotion and structure: models, uniqueness and experimental results

Algorithms for estimating the smooth egomotion of moving cameras and the structure of objects in a stationary environment using long, noisy stereo image sequences are presented. Conditions for the uniqueness of the motion and structure parameters also given.
