Petri Net Transformations

The main idea of Petri net transformations is to extend the classical theory of Petri nets by a rule-based technique that allows to model the changes of the Petri net structure. There have been already a few approaches to describe transformations of Petri nets formally (e.g. in [2, 3, 31, 6, 32]). The intention has been mainly on reduction of nets to support verification, and not on the software development process as in our case.
