Microsystems have many characteristic features of small printed-circuit boards as well as large ICs. Hence, many testing techniques developed for these implementation forms can he used for microsystems. It is the question whether these test techniques cover all elements involved in the large variely of microsystems, such as kartly) non-electrical components.
