Explanation of unexpected results with the use of a time-asymmetric evolution in a free molecule
H.G. Weber · Physical Review A · 1985
Recent experiments (``inversion effect'') on the free ${\mathrm{NO}}_{2}$ molecule reveal unexpected results which are in contradiction to our knowledge on the properties of a small molecule. Making an unconventional assumption on the time evolution of the free ${\mathrm{NO}}_{2}$ molecule, we are able to describe these experimental results consistently.
