Properties of Boolean functions in spectral domain of sign Haar transform

Essential properties of Boolean functions in the spectral domain of a quantized transform based on Haar functions are presented. The sign Haar transform has the smallest computational cost of all the quantized transforms. The properties are shown for two different codings of incompletely specified Boolean functions.
