Directional stochastic channel model for (N)LOS outdoor environment

A stochastic channel model is presented which takes the probability density functions of the angular and temporal multipath propagation into account with an additional PDF for the amplitude. Differences to weighted power spectra are presented and discussed in combination with the dynamic range of the data. The distance and BS height dependency of the weighted spreads are depicted for LOS and NLOS environments for use in pico- respective microcell communications systems.
