A Static Negotiation Model of Electronic Commerce

To implement trade-off in automated negotiations is one of important aspects in the development of electronic commerce. And the precondition needs to establish a negotiation model. Introduced fuzzy set theory based on games theory; therefore, Introduced fuzzy set theory based on games theory, this paper puts forward a strategy model of the trade negotiations. In this model, firstly we complete the normalization for the weight vectors and payoff matrix of goals, secondly process the negotiation problem of multi-goals, lastly we will gain the optimum order in strategy sets during the process of negotiations. Furthermore, after discussing the negotiation mechanism based on the third party, the necessary condition is getting to fulfill the sustaining negotiations and the trade completion.
